Bills Payment
Whether you are in the UK or in the Philippines, it is important to pay via bills payment to automatically identify your payment in the Filinvest system.
- No need to submit your receipts manually for validation
- Payments are easily tracked and identified
- Convenient and secure
It is important for you to note your Filinvest contract number when enrolling in the bills payment facility. You may refer to your computation sheet to identify your 11-digit contract number (i.e, 10000012345).
Metro Remittance UK (subsidiary of Metro Bank in the Philippines) is our tie-up for bills payment. If you are enrolling via bills payment for the first time, accomplish the Metro Remittance registration form and bring a copy of your passport. Write ‘Filinvest Land Inc’ in the beneficiary portion and indicate your contract number.
If you are paying in person
Visit the Metro Remittance office and pay over the counter.
Mention your registration details and validate your contract number.
Keep a copy of your receipt for reference and monitor your buyer’s online kiosk within the next 7 days.
If you are paying through a UK bank
Contact Metro Remittance UK for the daily exchange rate. Note that rate changes at 12nn.
Once you have converted your payment to peso based on the day’s rate, add GBP 6 for the bills payment fee.
Arrange a deposit of the said amount to any of the following Metro Rem accounts (see below). You can do a direct bank deposit or online transfer. Put this as your payment reference: FLI (your last name)
Once paid, report the payment transfer to Metro Remittance UK office.
